Volunteer Opportunity - Social Director

We are exploring ways to expand our services and provide opportunities for members to help our chapter. Two of the top three benefits mentioned in this years Member Needs Survey are networking and chapter socials. There are several months during the year that are traditionally dark in during which we don't have a monthly meeting with a program or speaker. We would like to provide more opportunity for networking and socializing by holding informal social events during these months.

To organize these events the board has created a volunteer position with the title Social Director. The person filling this position will arrange social events during our dark months, and may also be asked to assist the Committee managing the Cloud conference by arranging a social event during the conference. Please contact any board member if you are interested in volunteering for this new opportunity.
